looking for driver for nVidia geforce go7800 gtx on Dell 9400 with win 7 pro N 64 bit

upgraded Dell 9400 from Radeon 1400 128M to nVidia geForce go7800 GTX using Windows 7 Pro N with 64 bit. Have not been able to locate the correct driver. Navigating the nVidia website isn't user friendly as all the links take you to advertisements. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. 7800 GTX is recognized by BIOS but only Standard VGA adapter shows in device manager. I'm somewhat aware of the need for modded INF files once I locate the correct driver. Thanks.
