So hello guys. Im having VAIO laptop probably bought in 2010,its not mine its from my father,but doesnt matter.
What we have is:
-serial Number: VPCZ13Z9R
-Windows 7 (64)
-a dual hybrid video card NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M + Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator HD (most probably HD 3000
)
On Vaio web site by a serial number i only found a feedback on the russian one,because it was bought in Russia.
I have a similar thing with my another Lenovo laptop which has the same HD 3000+NVIDIA 430M (or something) and with Lenovo it was absolutely no problem for me in updatin driver for NVIDIA. With VAIO it is different. Each time i have tried to download a driver from the website it was automatically told me that i need to upgrade the GPU driver from the web site of developer first. Although i downloaded NVIDIA driver for GeForce 330M 64 Win. 7,and tried installing it,a programm told me that the driver doesnt match with the video card i have. I used a TechPowerUp GPU-Z to see the info about my video adaptor(just for secure).
And yeah,i need help in updatin the driver for NVIDIA,because a laptop wasnt used by anyone for 1,5(or so) years,and im telling this because the Intel driver is still up to date(i checked on the web site for all the drivers).
I also need a help with updatin my motherboard driver.
Thank you for your help) :O
i just checked in GPU-Z programm that the BIOS version for NVIDIA is 70.16.67.00.04 in case somebody need this.
Intel version is Unknown...
