NSIS error during installing ATI FirePro V3800 driver for windows 7 64-bit

I downloaded the driver for ATI FirePro V3800 for windows 7 64-bit from this website. NSIS error occurred when installing the driver. I tried installing with the parameter "/NCRC". It stopped exacting the files when completing almost about 95%.

Driver version is 8.85.7.2, released on 06 Oct 2011.

Anyone knows what's the problem? Thanks.
