needed video driver for old Mad Dog card

I have an old Mad Dog Video card pulled out of an old computer (I have upgraded to a computer mfg in 2003.) I have know idea what the model number is. There is a sticker on the back that has MVGA-NVG34AL DVI 128MB W/TV

Does anyone know where I can get a driver for it?
