Do I need a new graphics card driver as I'm told???

Hello

I've been using Nero 9 for a long time and all of a sudden it stopped working. Once I get to the preview screen to preview my video, there is sound but no picture. After speaking to Nero support numerous times, they said that I may need an update to my graphics card driver.....other than that, they couldn't help me.

I have NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GS Version 7.15.11.7578
Windows Vista Home Premium, System type says 64-bit operating system

Do you think I need an updated graphics card??????
