Compaq 7020 drivers versus windows 7?

The 7020 still works well very well. My question concerns the current XP driver working properly with windows 7. Has anyone out there upgraded to 7 with the xp driver? Just trying to save a buck.

Operating System Windows 7 built a very good system for the automatic search for drivers and its very broad base of drivers, I think that should have no problems with the work on that operating system
