Generic CMOS webcam driver? Tesco Value (crap) VW111

Hi i find it maddening there don't seem to be any generic coded CMOS webcam drivers available.
My CDROM drive is knackered, and like many online i have tried to find a driver for the

Tesco Value VW111 CMOS webcam

Running XP updated.

If you haven't come across this request before, a solution will get many hits as there seems to be a lot of people struggling with this device for a range of reasons- but drivers seem to be no.1.

the cam is 640X480 native
manual focus

and its definately china made, with no originating manufacturer.

I only need the cam for a one-off purpose so didn't want to spend big bucks.

Any and all help much appreciated.

UPDATE:

I decided to hack apart my laptop instead and fix the CDROM. With one hand supporting it in the cradle until the lens was level, i managed to spin the disc long enough to rip all of the files from it.

If anyone can help me upload these somewhere on the forum i will zip them or build an iso for anyone else with same issue.
Oh an it works, badly, but it works.
