Kingston driver MDOCUSB.sys for Windows 98SE

I have an old Compaq Presario 1247 with Windows 98SE. It has a USB port that is not being recognized. I have a Kingston Data Traveler 2.0 Flash drive that I have downloaded the DTI.exe to run it. However the OS does not see the USB port or the flash drive. I have been told that the MDOCUSB.sys may be corrupt or have been repalced with spyware. I need to find a reliable file to replace MDOCUSB.sys.
