I have TV tuner CTX 1921_V2.1.1 MSN: 40030089 and i have found driver for it on the internet, but i dont know where to Unrar it.. I use w7 OS. Please help. Give me the directorium where to paste the driver.

just use path ti this directory when you want to update your driver
