It is a Sata Hard Drive Dock and it is model number QRE01.
I went to the Centrix International website and they don't seem to have a support or a drivers page.
Centrix Int. still has these units for sale and list several Operating Systems that it should work with, the latest being Vista and includes Linux and Win XP.
Win 7 (64 bit) saw the dock, but was unable to find a driver. Ubuntu (64 bit) didn't seem to see the dock. Win XP (32 bit) saw the dock, but could not find a driver. I have a 32 bit Win 2000 machine, but it is out in the car, so I didn't try it.
