Driver for Dynex DX-UC104 2.0 USB Host Card for Win XP Pro

I have the cd & have looked up DriversCollection for this controller card & all the accompaning drivers seem to be 98 or ME. Does this card support a XP Pro Dvr or does the manufacture have a dvr for this card?
If not can I just buy a new card that supports USB 2? I do not want a new computer because it is a dell sever converted into a desktop so it is fast.
