Hardware driver for Kosmic 8 GB MP3 player

I bought one Chinese make KOSMiC 8 GB MP3 player, but my laptop with VISTA is not recognising the same. Can someone provide me a solution? Please provide the Drivers for such USB devices.

can you write down Device ID for your player.
it can be found in Device manager - properties of Unknown Device. if your Player identified as Unknown Device. or it not detects at all?

Yes, it is detected and identified as unknown device under other devices. And Hardware ID is USB\VID_10D6&PID_FF76

Driver did not find. forums write that you must flash firmware by number on the electronic board or on the screen.
