USB Wireless Adapter Drivers

I was looking for drivers for Canon Wireless USB adapter (CNP-WF518) for Windows7, i have been to the canon site but they have drivers for other operating systems except Windows7 and the alternative would be to find Windows7 drivers for Netgear WPN111 because im also struggling to find Windows7 drivers.

Windows 7 is not installing the drivers for the TP link Wireless USB adapter even though I downloaded the drivers for this version. Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?
