looking for USB driver info for MSI- K9VGM-V motherboard

I have checked the specs for my motherboard MSI K9VGM-V and manufacturer says it has 4 HI-SPEED USB ports. I am using Windoes XP Home, when I finish installing the drivers for them; my computer does not reconize them as HI-Speed but rather as LOW-speed 1.2mbs. This is vry frustrating because all my devices are HI-speed so they seem to lag out due to this mess up with the configurations or something for the USB ports.

I also have a MSI USB bracket with a dianostics that has HI-SPEED USB ports but I am unable to figure out how to connect the bracket to the motherboard. if there is someone that is able to explain to me where it gets plugged in at and if i also need drivers for it.

about connecting additional ports USB.
on your motherboard, at the bottom, directly under the place where you installed the battery for the BIOS is two slots labeled JUSB1 and JUSB2, can connect to anyone.
