Lexmark Z640 Windows 8

Hi.
I just bought a new ultrabook and it has Windows 8. My previous was Windows 7. I have a Lexmark Z640 wich works fine for me, but visiting Lexmark webpage It seems there is no compatible driver for windows 8. Is that for real? Can anyone help me?
