Driver Canon MP 270 series PIXMA
Hello, I just changed my computer to an M1 Mac and I can no longer communicate with my printer Canon MP 270 which is still working. Because Canon has decided not to update the driver. Anyone have a solution for the driver? And another to force our political representatives to legislate to stop planned obsolescence (not to mention the problems with chips, cartridges and ink level in cartridges) on loan from suppliers? Thank you

If a person who has the same problem comes across this thread, the solution is to install the MP 280 driver for a Canon MP 270 printer (even if it is compatible with another OSX version). And if it's not exactly a 280 for a 270 but another model at the beginning, trying other models from the same range sometimes seems to work.
