Hi there! Today my Epson printer had an update installed, and now my non-Epson black ink cartridge is not recognized. Per my research it looks like I need to downgrade the printer firmware, but I wasn't about to find this particular hardware in the list. Would it be possible to have this added?

Note: I already tried to downgrade using the firmware on the Epson site, which was released in 2022, and that did not fix the issue unfortunately.
