Has anyone found a way to load the CM1312nfi MFP firmware version 5.1 (Oct. 2014) successfully into a new Win 10 64 v1903 desktop as a network full function all in one? Can you use the firmware for any other models with this machine?

I usually use cartridges from different brands, but for some reason the printer from hp does not see them. I do not know what the problem is. I tried forced reboot, but even this does not help. I noticed that most users of hp printers have this problem. Perhaps the company released some kind of patch in order to fix this bug? I ordered original cartridges from Brother from mrdepot.ca and I hope this will help me. By the way, what can I do, if I can’t install the update? This is another problem that I recently encountered.
