this side I was tried but that file is for MF5650 x32 not for x64.

did you install drivers with disconnected MFU?
you must disconnect USB cable from your PC before installing drivers. after succesful installation plug USB cable to PC and turn Power on MFU.

there's no other drivers on official site. this one is the most recent.
have you try to update drivers through OS from Control Panel - Scanners and Printers??

Error: This is not a 64bit programm take another programm that work with 64 bit systems

Hello
seems like Canon not supporting this device in 64bit systems.
in user manual said that it can work only in Win 98, 200 or XP

you can try to ask on Canon Support site for help but not sure if they can help
