Screen Rotation Button doesn't work with Win 7

I'm looking for two drivers for my Toshiba Portege M200 tablet computer running Windows 7 32-bit:

1. For the push-button which rotates the display from landscape to portrait and back.

2. For the SD card port.

I have tried looking on the Toshiba site, but the ones I have tried don't work for me. I have read that Toshiba does not support Windows 7 on the M200, but that Windows XP (not Vista) work for some people. And the Toshiba site is confusing to me...
