Drivers for Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5895

Hi All
My Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5895 ran out of space so i got the message to do a disk cleanup. Having done that, there is now a problem with my monitor as for the screen resolution which now only has two speeds and the system is too slow with flat images. I looked through the device manager and saw the yellow marks next to
ATI Radeon Xpress 1250

and

SCSI/Raid Host Controller

I wonder what driver I should download to solve this problem. I searched the DriversCollection.com and got this page

as for SCSI/Raid Host Controller, I really dont understand how did it get in your Device Manager. send a Device ID for this hardware and I'll try to search
