Looking for Windows 7 IBM Lenovo Thinkpad T43 Audio Output Device installation help

I have recently installed Windows 7 in my Lenovo Thinkpad T43

and no sound is accessible

Device warns me that No Audio Output Device is Installed on My laptop

please help me in any way
