  • Wireless driver problem // Dell Inspiron

    Dear friends,
I really need your help to solve my problem.
I've just reboot my computer erasing everything I didn't want to keep from it (Dell Inspiron i3 n4030 // BIOS A07), and I have no idea the why, but I had to re-install all the drivers even though I thought Windows 7 would keep it all.
OK. After installing all drivers downloaded from Dell website (http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/...=br&l=pt&s=biz) I had some problems to install the following drivers:

    Network
    - Driver R289603 (Dell Wireless 1503 802.11b/g/n) // It says there is no hardware compatible

    Communication:
    - CONEXANT_D400-USB-MODEM_RY5VP_A02_SETUP_ZPE // it says there is no modem found

I'm not the best guy at all to find out by myself what's happening, and due to that I'll appreciate anyone's return to solve it for me as I do need this wireless to be working.
Now I'm able only to use internet via cable. // Windows 7 64 bit.
    Thank you,

      hello
to install wireless card first of all you need to turn it ON.
if it is not recognised - send a Devide ID for your hardware
