On Nec versa S900 WIFI can not be activate

Hello since i have reformat me laptop the driver of the wifi card , are ok but i can't activate him there is no button or switch to activate it , and on forum they seems to user an Nec program for activate but i can find him on the network if someone have it or can help me , it we be a pleasure thanks
