So my netbook recently crashed and my sister 'loaned' me an old desktop setup she had. Everything is working well except the monitor. The first thing I noticed was its super dark and I cannot change the settings on it. I checked device manager to see if it was installed properly and working. Well there was no monitor listed on the device manager at all. I tried downloading the drivers directly from the LG site but when i try to install them i get an error saying 'this file does not contain information about your hardware'. I have also tried installing the .dll file from this site to no avail. Can somebody help me please??!!
