MSI MS-6585 648 Max (VER: 1.0) BIOS Update for Windows XP

Hello everyone, i recently updated my system's RAM to 3GB (I had 2x256mb before that) and i am getting blues screens all the time. My hardware is tested and working fine and the BSOD appears some minutes after i enter my password and log on to my account (usually after 2-5 minutes). So i am looking for the latest BIOS version for my mainboard.
Please help me!!
