what is my MB model?!

I lost my mainboard's drivers CD.
printed on the board is "Matrix r1elti50011784" .
is it the model of my MB?
if not, how can i find what it is from somwhere in windows or bios?

just print - DxDiag there and press Enter
wait a couple of min and look at opened window in string - Model
