Mainboard drivers needed

My PC has a ECS P4VMM2 1.0 board. On this site there are drivers for v8.something. I downloaded ECS P4VMM21.1 drivers from another site. Does the .1 mean that the drivers for a totally different board or are they an improvement on 1.0?

Hello
no, 1.0 and 1.1 means the revison of motherboard. its not different product but improved slightly
