Clic USB mouse with optical movement detection (no mouseball), wheel + 2+1 button

Ser. No 000046268 but no model number indicated. It worked satisfactorily with intermittent fault so I cut out the fatigued portion of cable. Right button now doesn't work unless the L/R functions are switched using Control Panel. then left button fails. I seek model identification, and driver. Any clues?
