Need Driver for CanoScan N640Pex for Windows 7

I will appreciate any help getting a Windows 7 driver for my CanoScan N640Pex scanner. It would be a shame to throw it away.

Device needing driver: Canon Desktop Scanner
Model : CanoScan N640Pex
Operating System : Windows 7

Add'nl Info: its an old model but it still works. My old PC died and I bought a new one running Windows 7 and any help/suggestion s are welcome.

you can use your scanner with Virtual XP machine built in Windows 7
just install it and use through virtual XP
