EasyNote E6 Keyboard

Hi, need some help please.

I've got a 5 year old Packard Bell laptop and for some reason when you use the laptops keyboard the incorrect letter is produced.

Now I've been I need to replace the keyboard, but I'm guessing the driver is the fault but not sure which driver I would need?

When you go into the control panel/printers and other hardware/keyboard it states it’s a "Standard 101/102-key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 keyboard".

Do you know which one should it be and how do I get it installed on the laptop?

The Laptop is a Packard Bell Easynote E6100.

Ps. if you plug in an external keyboard (e.g. DELL) via the usb the external keyboard works ok and gives me the correct letters.

what OS do you use???
maybe you need to look for update driver automatically with windows upsate and internet connection.
dont think that driver help you in this case, maybe you need to replace keyboard or have some troubles with keyboard cable
