trere isn't any specific driver for Windows 7 for your camera.
you just need to plug it in USB port of your PC and turn your camera on in Picture View mode.
your PC must recogmize your camera as external HDD and explore it
maybe theres a problem with USB port - try anotherr one, or with USB cable.
also you can try to connect your camera to another PC to find out what is the problem
