Sony Vaio VGC-LS30E Windows 8 32-bit drivers

I am looking for drivers for my Sony Vaio VGC-LS30E that I have installed Windows 8 32-bit on. The 2 devices are labeled
Multimedia Controller
and
Unknown device.
Device type: Other devices
Manufacturer: Unknown
Location: on Intel(R) 82801GBM (ICH7-M/U)LPC
Interface Controller - 27B9

I would love to have the built in camera and mic work as well as the TV tuner and RCA inputs working again without having to go back to Vista, if at all possible. Hopefully locating these drivers will remedy that. It appears that there are drivers for everything EXCEPT Windows 8 32-bit listed on here so I am wondering if one of them will work. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Sony didn't provide support for any other OS except Vista 32-bit
you can try to update drivers automatically through Windows Update in START menu

I upgraded my HP Pavilion d4890y to win7 which seems to be a kind of mistake since I dont get any sound.
I cant find any driver for either and this forum is my last resort. Any ideas?

but the auto update will work only in the scenario if you own an original win version otherwise you have to be juggle with the manual selection of the compatible ones .. a tough task ahead
