Driver for DVD RW on e-machine

Hi, I've just reinstalled Windows XP on my E-machine type 5220 and when I try and record a DVD I get the message:
"Could not perform fixation".

I wish to check I have the latest drivers for the DVD drive which is a Pioneer DVR-109 Firmware v. 1.17. Where can I get this driver please? And firmware update if possible. Pioneer support dont list OEM types and E-machine support say it is too old for their records.

Thanks for that but when I run the file it says it cant open the .exe file.

Extracting R9100009.158
Extracting R9100109.158
Extracting UPGR109.exe
Cannot open UPGR109.exe

Any further help please?

Just checked.
Installer said "Error", but seems that files were been extracted succesfully.
You can use WinRar to manually extract files from archive
Try to run UPGR109.exe

As you say the files were extracted but when I ran UPGR109.exe it said it could not locate the hardware. Does the file need to be run from a specific folder?
