MPIO DMK help

I have a MPIO DMK. I downloaded and unzipped the Manager 2. I also downloaded some music from iTunes. I can't seem to get the music to the MP3 thru Manager 2. The manual says to start by formatting the drive, but that option (under Memory) isn't available. Can someone help me please?
