Creamware Luna PCI soundcard drivers needed!

Hello there guys and gals. I'm looking for a Creamware Luna PCI soundcard driver for Windows 2K and higher. The one which can be found on Sonic Core ftp site is incomplete and cannot be installed - always asks for additional floppy disc #4 when trying to go through installation.
Maybe someone still have OEM drivers disc? My one is long gone...
