Request Drivers for LCD Monitor. Need 24bit display on a Windows 98 OS

I had to reimage my Packard Bell Desktop with the original factory setting Windows 98 Operating System CD's. However unlike in past now I'm only able to pick a default very low pixels monitor resolution and I need a 24 bit resolution at least to play video games. But once I select 24 bit display save and exit and restart my PC display defaults to this very low pixel monitor resolution.

I'm looking to find out if there is a driver specifically for ViewSonic or any LCD monitor that I can download and resolve this issue. In addition, as fyi I cannot connect to internet now with this specific desktop. I can download drivers on a CD and install it then.
