My aunty has a windows 7 pc with a Asus vk222u monitor. Due to the carona virus pandemic, she now has to work from home. She is using a program Zoom for online conferences. All is ok except for 1 thing. When using Zoom, she can see and hear them, but they can only see her not hear her. The pc and monitor was setup for her a few years ago, so she doesn't know if there were drivers supposed to be installed for the webcam sound to work? Is there a driver for this to work, or would it work with drivers from windows 7? All cables that came with the monitor are installed.
