Downgrading Dell 660 I3 from windows 7 to Xp PRO Driver problem

I have two high end scanners that will only run xp. I purchased a dell 660 I3 and downgraded to XP Pro 32bit. Everything works with the exception of ethernet controller and PCI slot. The exact device is PCI|VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_05811028&REV_07|4&376 6057E&0&001
I have tried Dell downloads and numerous generics with no luck. It appears the motherboard is dell OXRIGT B75

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
